About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Interior Design Leader to join our team at Three Across. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design and execution of high-end internal interior design projects, creating sophisticated, bespoke environments that reflect the brand's luxury standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated interior design projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will oversee all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create multiple design concepts for interior spaces, including experiential atelier, company's new facilities, upcoming international flagship stores
• Design bespoke layouts for events like exhibitions, trade shows, private previews, ensuring each design aligns with the brand's aesthetic
• Lead design presentation to Senior Management & stakeholders
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring internal projects are completed on time
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute designs to the highest standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry
• Postgraduate in Interior Designing
• Strong organizational skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D rendering tools
• Excellent communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
