Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales initiatives in India, driving revenue growth and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury interior design, high-end products, and experience engaging with HNIs and UHNIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual revenue targets by generating enquiries and converting deals.
• Drive end-to-end sales, maintaining a funnel of leads, client presentations, and deal closures.
• Prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients focused on high-end residential projects.
• Engage clients through in-person meetings, brand presentations, and virtual tours/discussions.
• Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions meeting client requirements.
• Travel extensively across India to meet potential and existing clients, IDAs, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Communication, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in luxury interior design sales.
• Strong network and relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients.
• Ability to develop new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
