• Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting interior products and design solutions
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in interior design and showroom products to make informed recommendations
• Exceed customer expectations through outstanding service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success by driving sales growth and expanding market share
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and visual presentations to showcase products
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure showroom displays are visually appealing and well-maintained
• Cultivate customer satisfaction post-purchase through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in showroom sales or interior design, with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, to create accurate designs and presentations
• In-depth knowledge of materials, fabrics, and finishes related to interior design, including trends and industry developments
• Sales-driven individual with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
