As a Pre-Sales Manager within our Luxury Vertical, you will be the first point of contact for our high-net-worth clients, understanding their requirements over calls and arranging site visits to showcase our exclusive luxury properties. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Requirement Gathering:
● Engage with prospective clients over calls to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget for luxury properties.
● Ask detailed questions to gather all necessary information to match clients with suitable property options.
Site Visit Coordination:
● Arrange and schedule site visits for clients to view luxury properties.
● Coordinate with the sales team and property managers to ensure properties are ready for viewing.
● Provide clients with all necessary details and logistics for site visits.
Follow-Up and Lead Organization:
● Consistently follow up with clients to keep them engaged and move leads through the sales funnel.
● Organize and prioritize leads to ensure timely site visits and client meetings.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.
Customer Service and Support:
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
● Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to address any additional questions.
