Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, heartfelt, and conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for our luxury brands around the world — including iconic properties like the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, The Plaza, and many more.
Create Memorable Experiences: Listen actively and confidently guide guests in selecting their ideal room and package. Present premium options with ease, using your sales expertise to tailor thoughtful, personalized recommendations that turn moments into lifelong memories.
Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist), bring warmth and creativity to every conversation. Personalize your offers to provide guests with unique and authentic experiences, infusing every interaction with passion and hospitality.
Support Our Commitments: Champion our standards of sustainability and ethical hospitality by embodying our values in every interaction. You will be pioneering a new and innovative approach to hospitality.
What’s In It for You

Competitive Pay:
$21.13/hour (includes $1.50/hour premium for French language skills)
$19.63/hour for unilingual English
Additional $1.00/hour shift premium for hours worked after midnight

Paid Time Off: 4 weeks’ paid vacation, 13 paid statutory holidays, and fully paid training
Schedule: Predictable work schedule with two consecutive days off and periodic weekends off
Remote Work Flexibility: After successfully completing our 4.5-week, fully paid onsite training program in Moncton (small group setting), you’ll enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working remotely from home.

Qualifications

What You Need to Be Successful

Professional-level fluency in English is required
Professional-level fluency in French is an asset
Excellent communication skills to engage guests with the elegance and professionalism expected in a luxury experience
The confidence to make sound decisions and take initiative while contributing to team success
Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre — combined with a passion for helping others
Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while providing personalized and efficient service
Availability, Location & Internet Requirements

Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Canada
This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity (no part-time or student positions)
Must be able to work from 5:30 PM–2:00 AM OR 6:30 PM–3:00 AM (your choice), including weekends and holidays, with periodic weekends off
Remote (work from home) role — you must reside in NB, NS, or PEI
Must attend 4.5 weeks of onsite initial training in Moncton (travel and accommodation provided for qualified candidates)
Must have a suitable workspace and high-speed direct internet connection (no wireless or satellite)
