Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are required.
Security Guard duties include, but are not limited to:
• Provide an exceptional degree of service to maintain an environment of luxury
• Greeting and directing all residents and guests in a courteous manner
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain log books for visitors and contractors
• Communicate any resident concerns to management
• Maintain accurate building delivery logs using building link
• Responsible for receiving all deliveries/packages for residents
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
• Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
• Basic computer skills a plus
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day
