• Delivering a “WOW” experience to the Client each time
• Drive the business results through deep insights derived from Sales Force database
• Plan and execute customer interaction events at the store
• Cleansing of data - Coordinating with the sales force team to streamline data
• Follow customer lifecycles to ensure that he is constantly in the know of purchase moments, also clients special moments, like birthdays and anniversaries
• Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
• Help track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates
• Acquisition of new customer databases through collaborations, trunk shows, small scale tie ups, angel tie ups etc
