About the Role
We are seeking experienced Full-Time Luxury Retail Security Officers to join our team. As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within high-end retail establishments. You will protect customers, staff, merchandise, and property while upholding the brand’s premium image through professional conduct and appearance. To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess the following:
Licenses/Certifications:
Current NSW Security Licence - 1A Classification (Required)
Current First Aid and CPR certifications (Required)
Police Check (Required)
Certificate II in Security Operations (Required)
Skills & Responsibilities:
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Previous experience in luxury retail security or similar high-end environments
Strong customer service focus with the ability to engage respectfully with clients and the public
High level of personal presentation and grooming standards.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security presence.
Monitor and patrol retail floors to deter theft, vandalism, and safety breaches.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Maintain accurate records and prepare incident reports
Hours: +:30AM-6:30PM
