Job Description
We are seeking an Interior Design Expert to join our team at MAIA Estates. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning interior spaces that reflect the company's commitment to luxury and style.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that every space is designed to perfection.
Responsibilities:
• Develop design briefs and concepts based on project vision
• Translate design direction into mood boards, renders, and drawings
• Design spaces coordinating architectural layouts, furniture layouts, services, materiality with accurate detailing captured at the design stage
• Assist in selection of materials, preparation of sample boards, and finalization of materials based on available budgets
• Track, manage, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines effectively
• Review/selection of FF&E adequate to the design brief
• Accessory selection and styling of interior spaces
