Ravello Limousine Service is appointing a senior Operations Manager to lead our Melbourne fleet and concierge operations. Based at Level 7, 120 Spencer Street, this role is responsible for maintaining the gold standard of luxury transport in the Australian market. At a $155,000 remuneration level, we require a leader who understands that in the world of high-end livery, "on time" is late, and perfection is the baseline.
The Operational Standard
Fleet Orchestration: Managing a premium fleet of executive vehicles, ensuring rigorous maintenance schedules, and overseeing the real-time deployment of our chauffeur network.
Service Excellence: Establishing and auditing the "Ravello Standard" for chauffeur etiquette, vehicle presentation, and client interaction.
Logistical Precision: Optimizing complex scheduling for high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and major Melbourne events (Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival).
Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiating high-value contracts with vehicle manufacturers, insurance providers, and specialized maintenance partners.
Professional Requirements
Industry Pedigree: 7+ years in premium transport, luxury hospitality, or high-end aviation operations.
Logistical Mastery: Experience with advanced fleet management software and real-time dispatch systems.
Leadership: A proven track record of managing diverse teams of chauffeurs and support staff in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment.
