This role requires strong expertise in luxury travel planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end travel logistics seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Custom Travel Planning:
○ Design tailored travel itineraries focusing on luxury accommodations to meet client preferences.
○ Provide insights and recommendations for destinations and hotel experiences worldwide.
2. Hotel Operations Management:
○ Collaborate with luxury hotels to ensure seamless bookings and personalized services for clients.
○ Coordinate special arrangements such as VIP amenities, dining reservations, and unique experiences.
3. Vendor and Partner Coordination:
○ Negotiate with hotel partners for the best rates and exclusive offerings.
○ Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure premium quality.
4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
○ Maintain professional and timely communication with clients through various channels.
○ Address inquiries, changes, and issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
5. On-Ground Support:
○ Provide real-time assistance during client travels to handle unforeseen challenges and enhance their experience.
6. Market and Industry Expertise:
○ Stay updated on global travel trends, new luxury destinations, and exclusive hotel offerings.
○ Develop expertise in hotel operations, luxury brand standards, and client preferences.
Key Requirements:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism, hospitality management, or a related field.
Experience:
● Proven experience in luxury travel consultancy or hotel operations, particularly with highnet-worth clients.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and hotel management tools.
● Familiarity with international travel policies, luxury brand standards, and high-end service expectations.
Soft Skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a client-focused mindset.
● Ability to negotiate effectively and deliver solutions in high-pressure situations.
