We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support and grow our wedding vertical. This role involves working closely with wedding planners, families, and premium clients to deliver customized gifting solutions and manage high-touch wedding orders from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and convert wedding gifting and invitation leads through planners, exhibitions, and referrals
• Collaborate with families, planners, and event agencies to understand requirements and customize offerings
• Represent us at wedding expos, trunk shows, and luxury events across India
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely and flawless execution
• Maintain detailed documentation of client preferences, order specifications, and timelines
• Support in managing premium client accounts and building long-term relationships
• Conduct follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure post-sale satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wedding planning, luxury retail, or premium gifting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for events and client meetings across India
• Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of wedding trends, packaging, and presentation
• Fluency in English; Hindi or regional languages is a plus
