Job description
Interior Design and Graphics Expert
We are seeking a creative Interior Designer with expertise in luxury wellness spaces and aesthetic flair to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess basic to intermediate graphic design skills, autoCAD proficiency, and the ability to multitask.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design modern, elegant, and functional interior layouts for clinics, including reception areas, treatment rooms, hallways, etc.
• Select color palettes, lighting concepts, furnishings, textures, and decor aligned with our brand aesthetics.
• Create detailed 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and mockups.
• Work closely with architects, vendors, and clinic management to ensure on-site implementation as per design.
• Ensure designs are optimized for patient comfort, workflow efficiency, and luxury feel.
• Assist in creating hoardings, banners, and standees for new branch launches or promotional campaigns.
• Design in-clinic branding materials such as reception posters, treatment info boards, flexes, door decals, and signage.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for graphic design work.
• At least 2–3 years of experience designing commercial or clinical spaces (experience in healthcare, aesthetic, or salon design is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, space planning, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
Preferred Attributes:
• Passion for wellness and beauty aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and work with both design teams and marketing teams.
• Comfortable visiting clinics across different locations for on-ground measurements and branding implementation.
