Sommelier Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Displaying excellent wine knowledge and recommending appropriate wines with the chosen food
• Organising and maintaining the wine list and the cellar
• Training and supporting Commis Sommelier
• Ensuring all beverages are correctly posted through Infrasys
Requirements
• Wine and food knowledge
• Strong understanding of fine dining restaurant service steps
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
