We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic M.I.C.E Division Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions for our clients. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Group Planning and Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and manage M.I.C.E groups from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed itinerary’s , including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
2. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the finalisation process.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Logistics and Operations:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for on ground participants.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of costing.
- Manage on-site event operations, including registration, coordination of speakers, and attendee support.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
• Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M.I.C.E or itinerary management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours as required.
