Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial, and HR business services to all its business areas.
Role purpose:
Hydro Microsoft 365 team is looking for an intermediate level technical specialist/developer to support business solutions within SharePoint and Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
• Support requests from business users for SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms and Teams solutions
• Build custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions based on business demand - Canvas Apps, Spfx webparts
• Govern, manage the administer configuration and security of Power Platform – Power Apps, and Power Automate - DLP, Environments, Solutions
• Maintain governance jobs, flows, reports for all Office 365 services - maintain and improve Center of Excellence at Hydro
• Maintain and evolve provisioning engine for sites and Teams
• Analyze business requirements; communicate technical topics to non-technical audience
• Service extended support requests in Service Now
Requirements:
• Fluent English language knowledge
• 2-5 years of experience in developing solutions with SharePoint Framework and Power Platform
• Any Graduate
• Microsoft certifications desired
• In-depth knowledge of all applications in the Office 365 platform is required
• Knowledge & experience of ServiceNow is preferred
• Knowledge of SharePoint and O365 development API’s, including: CSOM, JSOM, SharePoint REST API, Microsoft Graph API, SSOM
• Power Platform – Power Apps, and Power Automate - DLP, Environments, Solutions
• Expertise in application development principles, practices, and tools
• Knowledge of and experience with IT change management processes and methodology (ITIL)
• Experience with customer facing requests
• Experience with vendor management of Microsoft is preferred
