Overview of project/skills required:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to support the design and delivery of advanced solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on building custom applications, automation, and integrations that improve collaboration, enhance compliance, and drive business efficiency to support a modernization effort for an enterprise- wide technology environment.
What You ll Do
• You will partner with infrastructure, engineering and security teams to develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 technology stack including but not limited to SharePoint online, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to aligned to internal standards and current best practices. Build secure integrations between M365, internal systems, and third-party APIs.
• Establish governance frameworks for data, permissions, and compliance.
• Bring best practices for enterprise rollout and adapt processes to technology stack.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to align M365 solutions with business needs.
• You will tackle challenging problems to improve the platform s reliability, resiliency, and scalability.
What We re Looking For
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development technology stack including but not limited to SharePoint online, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Excellence with enterprise DevOps practices and M365 deployment at scale.
• Strong skills in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Identity Access Management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business priorities.
• You have experience supporting high traffic and public facing websites, applications, and services that span multiple datacenters and cloud environments.
• You possess exceptional communication skills - written and verbal - and can communicate cross functionally with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
• Background in financial services or fintech environments.
• Experience scaling collaboration tools in regulated, high-growth organizations.
• Familiarity with Power BI for executive-level reporting and insights.
Work Location: Market St San Francisco CA hybrid 3 days a week

• Duration: 6 months with potential for extension and possibly C2H
