About Position:
We are seeking for M365 Engineer with hands on experience in M365, ON PREM, etc.,
• Role: M365 Engineer
• Location: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore
• Experience: 7 to 12 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
• Monitor system health and performance; proactively address issues and ensure service availability.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls in O365 and Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience required on Exchange online, Licensing, Azure AD, AD Connect, On-Prem AD.
• Strong knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint sites configuration & troubleshooting.
• Proactively undertake awareness, technical readiness training and upskilling to ensure continued capabilities of O365 and associated services.
Expertise You'll Bring:
• Proven experience as an O365 Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with security and compliance tools in Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of identity management (AAD Connect, SSO).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
