About Company: - Anduril Retail manufactures and imports more than 4000+ different products from across the world and retails them in India along with exporting them worldwide. • Position: - Field Sales Executive • Reporting to: - Director of the company. • Experience: - 1 year to 4 years. • Education: - HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate, Any Specialization, Marketing. • Skills: - Distributor Sales, Sales Promotion, Field Sales, Product Launch. • Note: - Must have a two wheeler and a valid driving License. • Responsibilities: - - Meeting new clients virtually or during sales visits. - Demonstrating and presenting the company's products. - Build good relationships with existing customers. - Cultivate new leads within the sales territory. - Negotiating contracts and packages. - Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis. - Manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. - Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions. - Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally. - Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions. - Working towards monthly or annual targets. • Key skills for Sales Executive: - - Self-motivated and driven by targets. - Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written. - The ability to influence and negotiate with customers. - Commercial awareness. - Numerical skills. - Ready to Travel. - Proficient in Excel and Word. • Benefits: - - Weekly off Sunday. - Office Timing: Day, +:30 AM to 5:30 PM - Salary from Rs. 1.80 LPA to Rs. 2.40 LPA + Incentive + Travel Allowance. - Office & Job Location: - MG Road, Camp, Pune 1. • Note: - • Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent • Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month • Benefits: - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift • Education: - Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred) • Experience: - Field sales: 1 year (preferred) • Language: - Hindi, Marathi and English (required) License/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Willingness to travel: - 75% (required) • Speak with the employer ++1 +7622161+5 - Health insurance
