• Familiarity with Apple Repair policy and Apple KPIs

Responsibilities
• Field Service Engineer for Enterprise customers
• Diagnose Apple Mac systems
• Proactively troubleshoot Mac issues
• Analyze causes of system failures and replace components

Skills
• Efficient communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of MAC OS
• Updated hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
