Job Description
Milacron is looking for a Machine Assembler to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for all the activities involved in assembling machines, including mechanical and testing, handling of equipment and material movement, ensuring quality of painting, finishing, packing and loading of machine etc. as per procedure laid down by the company.
Work You’ll Do
• Performing sub-assemblies of machines as per schedule
• Building subassemblies in stipulated standard time
• Maintain Complete documentation of sub assembly
• Ensure 100% perfect workmanship following SOP.
• Contribute by sharing cost reduction ideas.
• Contribute for quality improvement and engineering change ideas
• Support field service requirements
• Ensure House Keeping in their respective areas.
• Ensure “0" accident in assembly process.
Qualifications
• ITI - Fitter, 2-3 Years Experience
