Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Product Design, R&D, Reverse Engineering, Modeling, Material Selection, Machinery Design)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in product design, R&D, reverse engineering, modeling, material selection, and machinery design. The ideal candidate will help innovate and improve mechanical systems and products through reverse engineering techniques and advanced design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product design and development, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and safety.
Perform reverse engineering on existing products to enhance or redesign systems.
Conduct research and apply new technologies, materials, and design methods.
Create 3D CAD models, perform simulations, and validate product performance.
Select materials based on strength, cost, and durability.
Design machinery systems, oversee prototyping, and collaborate with manufacturing teams.
Perform testing and analysis to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
Manage projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in product design, R&D, reverse engineering, and machinery design.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
Knowledge of material selection, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with reverse engineering software and techniques.
Experience with automation or robotics systems.
Knowledge of control systems integration.

Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site with possible travel.
