We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Production Team. The candidate will be responsible for operating packaging machines, handling product packing, and ensuring organized storage of finished goods. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
Package products as per the standard guidelines (weight, label, and quality).
Assist in loading/unloading and moving finished products to designated storage areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and storage areas.
Keep records of production quantities and report daily output.
Follow safety and quality standards as per company policy.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; ITI/Diploma preferred.
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery.
Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving packages.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and hygiene in production.
Team player with a good work ethic and punctuality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,458.48 per month
