If you have previous machine operating experience, the ability to perform your own machine changeovers, and are comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs.), we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
• Operate and Maintain Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated coaster production machines, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Monitor Production Process: Continuously check the machine to ensure proper alignment, operation, and quality control of products being produced.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or production issues, making minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and coworkers.
• Maintain Production Records: Accurately log machine performance, production numbers, and any incidents, reporting to supervisors when necessary.
The essential functions of this role include:
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
