Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at Shree Balaji Agro Food Industries located in Kheda. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes and quality output. Your tasks will include setting up machines, monitoring operation parameters, troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety protocols
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
