Job Title: Machine Operator
3rd Shift
Location: Peoria,AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
1st shift: 7am-3pm
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm (Training on 2d shift) 15-30 days
3rd shift: 11pm-7am
The starting pay rate is $18/hr. + $1.00 shift differential from 6pm-7am.
Need Steel toe or composite toed shoes
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced plastic bottle cap manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forming lines, coordinating line activities, and ensuring consistent product quality in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forming lines and ensure production adheres to the company’s Quality System and customer specifications.
Coordinate the activities of the work team assigned to the production line.
Ensure production is controlled and executed according to established work instructions.
Assist in material handling functions and support the supervisor as needed.
Maintain compliance with food safety requirements and plant safety policies..
Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Aptitude to learn new equipment and procedures through ongoing training.
Must meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Adherence to all safety and quality protocols is essential.
