MACHINE OPERATOR-PLASTIC-SONIPAT

Injection Moulding Operations: ● Supervisedaily operations of injection moulding machines and equipment. ● Ensureoptimal machinesetup, including adjusting parameters for moulding quality and efficiency. ● Troubleshootand resolveissues with themachines, moulds, and production processes. Quality Control: ● Monitorproductquality to ensureit meets specifications and standards. ● Conductregularinspections and tests on moulded products, adjusting processes as needed. ● Implementcorrectiveactions to address quality issues. TeamManagement: ● Lead,train, and motivatea team of injection moulding operators and technicians. ● Provideguidanceon bestpractices, safety protocols, and operational improvements. ● Allocatetasksand monitorteam performanceto ensureproductivity targets are met. ● Conductperformanceappraisals and assist with recruitment and staffing. Machine and Equipment Maintenance: ● Ensureregularmaintenanceand upkeep of injection moulding machines. ● Coordinatewith maintenanceteams formachinerepairs and upgrades. ● Maintainrecordsof machinemaintenanceand any downtime. Production Scheduling and Planning: ● Workwiththeproduction managerto plan and scheduleinjection moulding activities. ● Ensurethatproduction deadlines are met whilemaintaining the required product quality. ● Adjustschedulesbased on machineavailability, material supply, and workforce. Health and Safety Compliance: ● Ensurecompliancewith all safety regulations in the moulding area. ● Conductsafety training sessions for operators and ensure safe working conditions. ● Implementsafety measuresto minimizerisks and accidents. Process Improvement: ● Identify areas for improvement in themoulding process to enhanceproductivity and reduce costs. ● Suggestandimplementprocessimprovements based on data analysis and feedback. ● Continuously monitorproduction metrics to ensure high efficiency
