Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts. Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

• Responsibilities:
Specific Tasks and Duties
1)Starting up and shutting down machinery as per the production schedules.
2)Monitoring equipment during operations to ensure stability of plant, safety, and efficiency.
3)Regularly checking and adjusting operational parameters such as pressures, temperature, and flows.
4)Identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting process or equipment issues to prevent inefficiencies or downtimes.
5)Recording and reporting important information regarding plant performance and irregularities to supervisory staff.
6)Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.
7)Maintenance of air handling unit (AHU). all environmental regulations pertaining to the handling of various materials and operation of equipment.
