What We Need
CORPAY (At Accrualify, Nagpur) is currently looking to hire a Macro Specialist. This position falls under our Corpay Payables division and would be located our Nagpur, India office. As the Macro Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing macros and scripts to automate tasks, enhance productivity, and ensure accuracy in execution, data management, and analysis. Your role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA scripts. The role also involves ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
This role reports to the Director of Channel Implementations and Account Configuration Group (ACG).

Roles Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create complex formulas and functions to facilitate data analysis and calculations.
• Design and develop Excel dashboards and reports for data summarization.
• Review customer configuration and activity reports, team metrics, and performance data.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through meticulous validation and auditing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Excel and macro development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their automation needs and provide solutions. Build strong working relationships with key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team.
• Perform various miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and the ability to write and debug macros and VBA code.
• Experience with data visualization and creating user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data integration and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
