MA-English We are looking for a MA English graduate for our library named Ekagratha Kids Library. We have multiple language and developmental programs for children starting from 2 years to 14 years. The candidate has to be apt for the job profile mentioned below;
Qualifications: MA in English Literature & if you love English and have the ability to teach with patience and tact, let’s meet.
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
General responsibilities:
• Planning course material and activities for the library programs.
• Assessing the student’s progress in the programs they joined.
• Build rapport & trusting relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Managing Library and books.
Requirements:
• Organize classroom programs and coursework.
• Prepare materials and activities.
• Assign homework and interesting exercises.
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.
• Determine assessment techniques to access the child’s progress.
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior.
• Keep a record of students’ attendance and progress.
• Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict.
• Inform parents about their children’s performance.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• Exceptional communicational and organizational skills
