Job Title: Magento Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Magento Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Magento-based e-commerce websites. You should have a deep understanding of Magento architecture and possess strong programming skills. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the project team, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and define technical specifications for Magento-based e-commerce projects.

· Develop, customize, and enhance Magento modules, extensions, themes, and integrations to meet client needs.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Magento best practices.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Magento websites, ensuring optimal performance, compatibility, and usability across different browsers and devices.

· Integrate Magento with external systems, such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs.

· Optimize website performance by implementing caching, lazy loading, and other techniques.

· Perform regular site maintenance tasks, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to security, performance, and functionality.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Magento ecosystem, and proactively propose innovative solutions to improve the e-commerce experience.

· Collaborate with the team to estimate efforts, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their skills.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento development, including Magento 2.

· Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

· Strong understanding of Magento architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

· Experience with customizing and extending Magento modules and themes.

· Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

· Knowledge of e-commerce concepts, including shopping carts, payment gateways, shipping methods, and order management.

· Solid problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure Magento solutions.

· Magento certifications (such as Magento Certified Developer) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
