About the role
Snapmint team is looking for a Software Engineer - PHP Magento with a passion for working closely with product managers and other developers to implement innovative solutions to challenging web development problems In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new and ongoing digital projects including corporate and client microsites, and integration with data and marketing platforms. Also, driving automation and ensuring automated test scripts are completed for new features We are looking for a talented PHP Magento Engineer that will contribute to the success of Snapmint by providing analysis of problems and recommends solutions and working collaboratively with a tight-knit product development team
Basic Qualification:
● Btech/B.E or relevant with 2-4 years of relevant experience
● Magento developer with experience in version 2.x
● Customization experience is mandatory. · Should have done projects on Magento 2.x.
● Should have done Magento 2.x extensions.
● Sound knowledge like routing , adding JS, UI components ,how to call a template from another template . Should have knowledge of Magento 2.x Features and Functionality . Should be aware of themes/extensions available in Magento 2.x and developed in custom projects .
● Knowledge of Knockout JS, Setup with GIT . Should have worked on Magento community and Magento commerce, experience with Adobe Commerce cloud will be plus . Should have good understanding of Magento2.x Architecture, database, plugin/preference, before/after methods
● Must have good understanding of Javascript
● Must be aware of other ecommerce platforms like Woocommerce, Shopify and big commerce
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proven success in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Self-motivated, ability to work independently
● Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems
Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
