NO. CATEGORY NO. COMPETENCY/SKILL A Technical Leadership 1 Develop, retain and improve Expert Level knowledge in the Chapter discipline, in line with:
(i) Tribe needs and roadmap
(ii) Emerging and Evolving trends in industry.
Implement this knowledge to drive innovation in the tribe, in the Chapter discipline, as per the tribe's technical & architectural roadmap. 2 Define technical standards, methodologies and quality requirements in the Chapter discipline, relevant to the Tribe needs, and in compliance with group level standards & best practices.
Develop guidelines, best practices and processes accordingly, and evangelize within Chapter and across Chapter Lead community, to improve execution capabilities of Chapter members. 3 Coach, mentor, support & develop the Chapter Members technically, based on the needs of the squad & tribe. 4 Drive Knowledge Sharing and collaboration in the Chapter community, across locations - both,
(i) to leverage the benefits of being a large tribe and
(ii) to overcome the challenges of being a large tribe, where certain chapters could be left behind. B HR Leadership 1 Employee Engagement - Develop a strong connect with every chapter member; understand their motivation & challenges and their aspirations. Understand and evaluation criticality and attrition risks and develop mitigation plans.
Develop corresponding roadmap and training plans, in accordance with Tribe goals & in alignment with relevant stakeholders. 2 Performance Management - Develop and execute a strong mechanism to obtain effective & regular feedback of chapter members from all relevant stakeholders.
Analyze and synthesize the inputs received to communicate the feedback clearly & effectively.
Drive discussions regarding any performance issues of chapter member with relevant stakeholders, incl. HR. 3 Drive recruitment, capacity planning and personnel changes -
• Interview planning & co-ordination
• Co-ordinate inter-squad changes, as per chapter member, squad and tribe needs
