We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe DB2 System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in z/OS and be responsible for the development and maintenance of an IBM DB2 for z/OS estate.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high availability (24x7) IBM DB2 for z/OS environment with advanced functionality.
• Perform all functions of a DB2 System Programmer, including installation, migration, and PTF installation with SMP/E.
• Create, manage, and support DB2 Stored Procedures.
• Maintain DB2 structures in Coupling Facility and perform performance monitoring and tuning at a subsystem level.
• Plan, analyze, and implement DB2 Disaster Recovery procedures, practices, and jobs.
