Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mainframe DBA IMS And DB2 Level 3. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IMS and DB2 databases, designing database structures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective database replication. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, backing up data, and providing support for database-related issues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Database Administration and Database Design

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues

• Hands-on experience with managing and maintaining Databases

• Knowledge of database Replication processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with IMS and DB2 systems is preferred
