About the team:
Team provides the complete end-to-end support of development life cycle of Card Management application that is used by issuers to manage prepaid, ATM, and debit card portfolios on the Milwaukee-Debit platform.
What you will be doing.
• Develop quality system enhancements per client request.
• Coordinate with Business Analyst and other technical team members to define requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with client.
• Create technical designs and approach document with high standards.
• Ownership as a technical lead driving the work for multiple project team members, providing code review and unit test case review.
• Code the assigned module(s) based on the technical design and coding standards to deliver error free output.
• Define unit test cases based on the technical design/functional design in a way that is comprehensive and verifies accuracy of developed features. Execute the unit test cases defined to ensure error free execution in both the desktop and by deploying it in the development environment.
What you bring:
• 8 to 12 years of strong experience in working on Mainframe based skillsets and must possess COBOL mainframe development skills.
• Good Experience in COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, CICS, VSAM, File-Aid or InSync, Xpediter, ENDEVOR, IMS, DB2, MQ series.
• Strong communication skills Solid analytical and problem resolution skills
• Proven history of technical leadership and successful implementations
• Additional experience in Prepaid/Debit Card payment functional knowledge is added advantage. Additional experience in working with remote team members a plus. Having Java technologies knowledge added advantage.
