• Should be able to gather requirement and do data analysis .
• Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
• Planning and reviews of maintenance requests and small enhancements

• Should have good communications skills (read and speak communication in Japanese) and able to co-ordinate with various project groups.
• Good understanding of DB2 stored procedure concepts.
• Good understanding of design concepts & good analytical skills.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Daily status report during development phase
