Experience:4-8 Yrs
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain applications on IBM Mainframe systems
Utilize WebSphere Transformation Extender WTX for data transformation and integration tasks
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Perform code reviews testing and debugging to ensure highquality software delivery
Optimize mainframe applications for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications and WTX
Document technical specifications processes and best practices
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mainframe development and data transformation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field
Proven experience as an IBM Mainframe Developer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of IBM Mainframe technologies including COBOL JCL CICS and DB2
Proficiency in WebSphere Transformation Extender WTX for data transformation
Experience with mainframe tools and utilities such as TSO ISPF and SDSF
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other data transformation tools and technologies
Knowledge of modern development practices such as Agile and DevOps
Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid mainframe environments
Certification in relevant technologies or practices
