Area of Responsibility

• Carry out Day to Day support activities of mainframe system across LPARS

• Responsible for support based on ITIL methodology such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Risk Management etc.

• Data refresh from production region to test region

• Experience in working as mainframe system engineer or sys programmer.

• Experience on upgrading , maintaining mainframe ISV products

• Good to have knowledge of handling RACF, system catalogues, storage

• system performance tuning, automation, service improvements

• experience in strategizing disaster recovery road map

• analysing SMF records and system performance
