Role: Mainframes Developer with IMS DB & DC (In Person interview)
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 onsite)

JD :
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, IMS DB & DC.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and program logic.
Develop and modify batch and online programs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing; support UAT and production validation.
Debug and resolve production issues, including abend analysis, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
Create and maintain JCLs, copybooks, control cards, and database objects.
Ensure compliance with security (RACF), audit, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and production support teams.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and code reviews following enterprise standards.
Support production deployments, on-call rotation, and incident resolution.
Participate in application modernization, system upgrades, and integration initiatives where applicable.
