Job Description
We are seeking a part time and on-call, experienced Maintenance person. You will perform necessary work to maintain building systems and equipment, handle work orders and emergencies. Newly renovated + story building with all new systems.
Responsibilities:
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and building
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Must be Dependable and have own tools
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Read and speak English
• Background check will be required
• Live not too far away or live in building
