Job Title: Maintenance Employee - Limestone Lodge
JOB SUMMARY: Provides routine preventative maintenance and security checks for property. Performs routine and emergency maintenance tasks as assigned for safety monitoring. Performs fire drills and fire extinguisher checks per policy. Respond to emergency calls.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in routine maintenance including painting, minor plumbing, replacing light bulbs, HVAC air filters, minor appliance repair. Must have genuine interest in Senior Adult care. Experience in health care field desirable. Enthusiastic, self-starter, and capable of using good judgment in making decisions.
EDUCATION: High school education desirable, technical school or trade license highly desirable.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; sit; walk; use hands to finger; reach with arms and hands; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; climb on ladders; pivot; twist; turn; talk or hear; taste or smell. Must be able to lift, push and/or
