To be considered for this position, you must:
• Have five years of general maintenance experience working with electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical equipment.
• Have two years of hospital maintenance experience.
• Be able to read plans and blueprints.
• Have previous experience with construction management, Fire/Life Safety systems, and BMS/EMS.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays during emergencies.
