Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Knowledge of installing drywall and painting, caulking and grouting.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
Install or repair tilework.
Repair and replace window screens.
Outdoor pool maintenance.
General repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment types.
General knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all users.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with guests staff.
Proficiency in English preferred for clear communication within the team and with other departments.
Willing to learn new skills as required.
