Full job description
Summary:
The Maintenance Crew will provide outstanding service by performing tasks to ensure the hotel/property/guest rooms are consistently in proper working condition. They will perform repairs and preventative maintenance based on Company Standards and federal laws/regulations to ensure guest and employee safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair tasks as soon as possible.
Inspect and maintain hotel equipment and facilities.
Respond to guest requests for repairs efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
Experience/Qualifications:
1+ years of maintenance experience is required.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. consistently and 75lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
