Job Description
Wages: $15.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities include:
• Accurately receive, verify, and enter information into our computer systems.
• Execute various office processes, including filing documents, handling mail, and directing phone calls.
• Compile and maintain important local paperwork, such as reports, vehicle information, and company documents for easy access and quick reference.
• Assist with basic receivable processes, including generating or submitting purchase orders/invoices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.
In this role, you will be the key operator for Fleet and Maintenance data. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager or Pool Fleet Manager to ensure that all office requirements for the department are met efficiently.
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Professional Experience:
• 1+ year of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Previous experience with computers is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong internal relationships for business success.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
