Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at Lutyens' Hotel & Banquets in New Delhi. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance & repair, preventive maintenance, electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Qualifications
• Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Must have HVAC knowledge and experience
• Maintenance Engineering and Electrical Maintenance skills
• Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle and lead a team of electricians, technicians and plumbers
• Relevant certification or associate's degree in a related field
