Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in the plant.
• Ensure minimal downtime of machines by addressing technical faults promptly.
• Maintain and update maintenance logs, service records, and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues related to sheet metal fabrication machinery, welding machines, CNC machines, and utility equipment.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for service and AMC-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to all safety standards and protocols within the factory premises.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical spares.
Key Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance practices.
• Experience in maintaining sheet metal machinery, CNC machines, and industrial kitchen equipment manufacturing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude toward maintenance issues.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, automation, and control systems is an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
