Pulsar Rubber Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor to manage equipment maintenance operations, supervise maintenance activities, and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts.
Key qualifications include a diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair, experience with Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, team leadership or supervisory skills, and relevant technical qualifications.
