JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Assurance and Control:
Develop and implement quality control systems.
Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards.
Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the production process.
Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation of quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare and present quality reports to management.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance.
Qualifications
Maintenance of the material handling equipment i.e., belt conveyors, bag filters, Airslide, bucket elevators also have knowledge of Compressor, blower and Fan etc.
Should have experience in Roll Mill/ Bowl Mill
Bachelor's or master's. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in power plants (Cement plant/ Steel Plant/ Beneficiation Plant)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
